am i ordering the book Writing Secure Code for valentine's day? No, I'm not, because I'm not a fucking moron. My girlfriend does not want to receive this as a gift of any sort, particularly not for valentine's day.

But what if she were to order it for you? It might end the whole impractical gift-giving ritual of Valentine's Day.

I saw the "order for Valentine's Day" thing while looking up a cheesy Euro-trash softcore film for work (yes, my job actually does involve occasionally looking up cheesy Euro-trash softcore films on the web). The cover of said cheesy Euro-trash softcore film pictures a pair of twisted, flaming hands reaching up to grab some unsuspecting nubile's bare legs.
How appropriately romantic!
(For those who must see it with their own eyes, the DVD title is "Delirium"--the 1972 version, not the obviously classier 1987 version featuring the well-endowed Italian cheesy Euro-trash softcore "actress" Serena Grandi.)
