Yes, yes I was out backpacking all last week, but I'm back now feeling underwhelmed by my job again. All I brought back from the trip with me was a new set of calf muscles, the urge to urinate on every tree I see, and the desperate desire to drop out of society for more than a week. But it's the rolling inertia of the 40 hour work week and the half-hearted belief that I've got a good job that's keeping me in the urban lifestyle for now.
That said, who wants to go to Resfest? I want to hit the electronic music videos, rock music videos, and shorts program #1. In SF Sept 30 - Oct 3. If you want to come to any of these let me know via e-mail. If you live in another part of the country, Resfest is also coming to New York, Boston, Austin, Portland, and DC at various points over the next 2 months. It comes every year with a different set of electronic music videos and films, and it's always worth the $9 per show...
