back up

Hello hello. coffeefog is back up after about a month's unplanned downtime. I don't know if it's more a commentary about how complicated computers are, or about how weak of a hacker I am, but it took me over 3 days to figure out how to get a 300 megabyte file from one server to the other. This is why I'm not a sys admin, instead I'm just the guy who writes the subtle insidious bugs that make your computers crash every 6 days. Way to go ethan.

More content later. For now, dogs. you can click on some of them for bigger pictures. God. It felt horrible not to be able to put pictures of dogs online for the past 3 weeks. I don't know if I can ever deal with that sort of pain again.

And, just to round out the entry: Not only did Monzy bring on coffeefog's downtime by prematurely switching the DNS to the new empty server, he also borrowed my girlfriend's car last night. Everybody remember to hit him in the face the next time you see him.

What's that? You'd like to adopt one of these animals from the SPCA? Oh, it's too late for that. These pictures are a week old and all of these dogs have already been adopted, I just couldn't post them because my website was down. What? The children are crying now? Tell the children it will be ok, and that God will probably be able to make more dogs. And blame Monzy.

Ok, ok. Really though. No hard feelings towards Monzy. If I had devoted 1/8 the energy that I've devoted to playing Super Monkey Ball recently, I could have had coffeefog up 3 weeks ago. My bad.
