| In about the least funny practical joke I can think of, two teenagers dragged a couple of tires onto the caltrain tracks yesterday at the evening rush hour. When my train ran over them at 40-50mph we got stuck in a tunnel for 15 minutes while conductors inspected the car and made sure we were safe to ride the rest of the way. It's not that I mind getting delayed, but this must be one of the least appropriate jokes you can pull on a day when 78 people died in a commuter train derailment in Japan. Maybe this means I'm getting older, that I'm so easily offended by bullshit like that. |
